7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or if delivery is refused without prior agreement, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, CCTVVillage reserves the right to charge additional delivery or re-delivery costs.
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched.
